Make The Best That You Can - And It Will Get Better!
We want you to know at any point of your life, really - at
any point, you can choose to feel just a little different that you just did.
And being persistent and practice feeling a little better will move you to that
direction of well-being.
Sometimes we make too big of a jump from where you stand.
When you are feeling powerless, you try to jump towards that joyful and lovely
and healthy place. That’s too far off a bridge. But what you can do is just
feel a little less powerless. Try to reach some thoughts like “I do not need to
fully recover now at this red-hot minute, I can slowly take small baby steps.
Each day, I would just need to eat a little healthier, think a little healthier
and free myself from worrisome thoughts a little. I do not need to always stay in
that high-flying joyful state. I can slowly lean towards the happier direction.
I can slowly lean towards letting go of the things that bother me. Although there
might be times where I fall off from the track, but I remember I could get in
again. I remember that sincere feeling of just breathing deeply and let go of
what the world thinks. I remember that sincere feeling of what freedom is and
feeling so light”.
So, by just slowly, slowly and slowly practicing the vibration or the better feeling
will eventually leads you to a better place. We promise it will, it is Law.
