For example, you saw a colleague having to come to office about 1.5 hours late everyday. Your train of thoughts could be:-
He's such a non-discipline worker.
Company paid him and see what's he doing.
I rather the company paid me more for being a discipline worker.
He shouldn't be coming to office late while I have to suffer to come early.
Why nobody notices him?
Why those who notices him does not say anything?
Why his boss allow him to do so?
Why on Earth there is such an irresponsible person?
And you could go on and on and on where you would feel from bad to worse when you keep on focusing upon them. Your mind tend to find thoughts that keep matching up with all these sort of "physical truth". Or better to say that Law of Attraction is matching up all these jabberwocky thoughts with how you think and feel. So they are become more dense and thus backing up your past experience thoughts or what your friends might have spoken on this particular subject.
And - if that is what you make of a flash conclusion, thus it shall be "more" in your experience. The good news is YOU have the control of all these thoughts and emotions. You have a water tap that allows how much to flow out from your thoughts which generates that emotions (they comes in a package, think and feel, think and feel, think and feel...).
More often that not, we too quick to make a conclusion on the certain subject. Well, let's see for a moment where we can actually twist the train of thoughts and thus coming from a different angle and approach for a better conclusion.
He might be efficient in his work that allows him for coming late.
People who deal with him might be able to judge more than I could.
Isn't it better to do the best part of me instead of focusing on him?
Well, he has his own life and career where I have no integral part of.
He is responsible for his own life while I can take responsibility of my own life.
He gets what he thinks about.
I appreciate for his courageous to do and be what he likes and wants.
As you gaze more upon this focus, you would feel better and isn't tending to your own emotions is the ultimate thing?
